Description: This position is responsible for developing code and designing software applications used by customers and employees of Winc. The Software Engineer will collaborate with IT and project teams to build, deploy and maintain software systems. The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of fundamental software engineering principles, technologies and coding techniques.
Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 5+ years of professional experience working in software engineering; strong problem-solving and analytical skills; experience developing microservices and/or distributed system; experience using web technologies; experience using distributed version control systems; ability to learn and apply new technologies; excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Data Scientist

Description: This position is responsible for developing data-driven models and insights to help promote Winc's business objectives. The Data Scientist will collect, analyze and interpret large data sets to identify meaningful trends and patterns, create reports and recommend actionable items for the organization. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of predictive analytics and machine learning techniques, along with the ability to code in programming languages such as Python.
