I recently transitioned from design to IT in Identiv, and couldn't be happier. My supervisor is always available with guidance and the team works together to solve problems and have fun while doing it. Our projects have interesting challenges and complex solutions, and when a project is turned in, it feels great to have contributed so much. The work environment is friendly and lively, but can still get serious when needed.
