Description: The Director of Data Science will lead the team responsible for analysing and interpreting large sets of data, utilizing predictive modeling techniques and developing new algorithms to maximize performance gains in the ForgeRock product. The Director will research, develop, and evaluate algorithms, evaluate data updates and ensure the quality of software services. The Director of Data Science is responsible for ensuring that their team follows best practices in data principles, science and operational excellence.
Qualifications / Requirements: BS or MS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field; 5+ years of experience in data analysis; experience with ML/DL algorithms and techniques, setting up and running A/B tests; experience with data-driven decision making and trend analysis; strong problem-solving and collaboration skills; experience with SQL and Big Data analytics tools.
