Description: Pioneer the security architecture of Cvent’s applications, networks, and cloud infrastructure. Responsible for driving best practices, enrichment of security measures, developing security strategies, security operations, and recovery procedures. Monitor compliance with security policies and standards and ensure platform security measures are kept up-to-date and inline with the organization's goals and objectives.
Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. 10+ years' experience in security architecture, security engineering, intrusion detection/prevention systems, risk management, and/or information security. Experience evaluating and implementing security solutions. Knowledge of security systems, application security, network security, web technologies, server operating systems, and database solutions.

Data Scientist

Average Work Hours (weekly unless noted): 40-50 hours/week

Description: Gather and analyze data to understand and explain customer usage patterns, market trends, and other data science metrics. Build effective data visualization solutions and dashboards with meaningful insights and recommendations. Conduct complex data analysis and identify trends to inform ongoing strategy and drive effective decision-making. Support product management by trending usage metrics and improving outputs through actionable insights.
Qualifications / Requirements: Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of experience in data analytics, predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis. Experience working with data warehouses and systems such as Hadoop, MongoDB, MySQL, and Oracle. Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI). Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Description: Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities. Identify, record, document, and track bugs. Automate cases using automation tools and frameworks. Monitor debugging process results and document issues. Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.
Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 3+ years related experience in SQA methodology and techniques. Experience in UI and/or web services automation. HTML/CSS coding, mobile automation experience a plus. Experience with test management, bug tracking, and issue tracking tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Cyber Security Analyst

Description: Protect Cvent’s network and information systems from cyber threats and attacks. Monitor, identify, and respond to network security incidents to ensure protect of sensitive data. Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders, staff, and and other departments to ensure all security risks are identified and addressed. Analyze security logs and systems and be proactive in preventing system vulnerabilities.
Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Security or related field. 5+ years’ experience in information security engineering, administration, and/or system architecture. Working experience with a variety of security tools and software such as threat intelligence packages and anti-malware software. Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM.

Web Developer

Description: Develop and design interactive web applications and webpages. Maintain existing web applications and troubleshoot and address web application issues. Work closely with front-end developers and other stakeholders throughout the development life-cycle.
