I spent two years at Agilysys as a UX designer, and while it was a great experience overall, there were certainly some difficulties. The projects I worked on were quite challenging and there was a steep learning curve. I enjoyed the sense of collaboration among my colleagues and there was plenty of room for creativity. What I enjoyed most though was the encouragement from upper management to take risks and create something truly unique.
